Dylan Stone is an honest musician who writes, plays and sings from the heart. He is a restless songwriter who is constantly pursuing new sounds and collaborations. He was raised by an old record collection, and his guitar that has put food on his table for his entire adult life. An interesting and storied career has led him to share the stage with one of his musical icons Alejandro Escovedo, open for Keith Urban at BC’s largest country music festival, play onstage with Robert Randolf & The Family Band, and perform his songs for Lou Reed in Nashville, Tennessee. A troubadour in the truest sense, he has lived and toured across Canada and toured the West Coast extensively. He is most at home on stage with guitar in hand.

His latest EP, Everything I’ve Known, was recorded with The Dylan Stone Band who produce an honest and effusive breed of Canadian rock and roll. His electric music is energized and passionate and carries the spirit of his influences on its sleeve. Dylan is not ashamed to show his musical roots. When performing with his electric outfit the music created draws comparisons to Wilco, Neil Young, and The Band. His music lives in a variety of projects and collaborations. Stone’s last release Dylan Stone & The Unfaithful Servants was recorded with Canada’s foremost acoustic musicians; Richard Moody, Oliver Swain, and Jesse Cobb. That album spawned the group The Unfaithful Servants, and they can now be found playing the Folk, Bluegrass, and Country music festival circuit in Canada. The Unfaithful Servants act as an avenue for his acoustic music and writing, but are only one side of Dylan’s music.
